What is Revela Vitality?
Revela Vitality is a functional wellness and nutrition practice built around your individual biology. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, we look at the deeper systems driving how you feel — with a particular focus on the gut-brain connection — and design a path to restoration from there.
What does "functional wellness" actually mean?
Conventional care often asks what's the symptom and how do we quiet it. Functional wellness asks why is this happening, and what system is out of balance. We use precision testing and personalized protocols to address root causes — so the goal isn't just feeling less bad, it's coming back to yourself.
Who is Revela Vitality for?
People who feel depleted, disconnected, or simply not like themselves — and who suspect the answer is deeper than another quick fix. Our work supports a range of needs, including:

Tracy is the practitioner behind Revela Vitality, specializing in gut-brain health and functional nutrition. Every program is shaped by her hands-on, biology-first philosophy — built around you rather than a one-size-fits-all template.
What is gut-brain testing?
The gut and brain are in constant conversation, and that dialogue shapes mood, energy, digestion, and resilience. Our precision testing gives us a clear picture of what's happening inside your system, so the protocol we build is grounded in your actual data — not guesswork.
What programs do you offer?
We offer two functional wellness programs and two immersive retreat experiences:

- Signature — $3,899 (our most popular)
- Sovereign Body Retreat — $12,999

What's the difference between Essentials and Signature?
Both are personalized, biology-based programs. Essentials is the focused entry point into functional wellness, while Signature goes deeper and broader — the right fit for those who want a more comprehensive, supported transformation. Most clients choose Signature.
How do I know which program is right for me?
You don't have to decide alone. Every journey begins with a conversation, where we learn where you are and what you're hoping to restore — then point you toward the program that genuinely fits. All experiences are subject to availability and an eligibility review.
Where are the retreats held?
Our retreats take place at Revela Retreats in Costa Rica — a restorative setting designed to take you fully out of the noise of daily life and into deep nervous system repair.
What is the Sovereign Body Retreat?
A semi-private, five-day immersive retreat designed to restore balance, regulate the nervous system, nourish the body, and create space for meaningful transformation — set within a luxurious Costa Rican environment. It includes luxury accommodations, round-trip airport transportation, all meals and beverages, two days of guided fasting support, a functional wellness consultation, and your choice of three additional healing modalities. A fully private retreat is available as an upgrade for +$2,999.
What is the Iboga Immersion?
Our most transformational offering — for individuals seeking profound personal insight, emotional healing, behavioral transformation, and deep nervous system restoration. It includes everything in the Sovereign Body Retreat plus a guided Iboga experience, extended to 6 days and 6 nights, with pre-arrival preparation and continued follow-up support after departure.
Limited availability. Only a select number of Iboga Immersion experiences are offered each year. Participation is subject to comprehensive screening, a safety review, and eligibility requirements.
Is the Iboga Immersion safe? Who is eligible?
Safety comes first. Every participant goes through comprehensive screening and an eligibility review before being accepted, and the experience is fully guided with dedicated recovery, restoration, and integration support. Because of this, the Immersion isn't open to everyone — eligibility is confirmed individually during the screening process.
What's included — and what isn't?
Each retreat includes your luxury accommodations, round-trip airport transportation, all meals and beverages, guided programming, and the support structure described on the program page.
Not included: airfare and optional excursions. Excursions may be arranged at the client's expense and are not available during fasting days.
Is this a substitute for medical care?
No. Revela Vitality programs support your wellbeing but are not a substitute for medical treatment. We always recommend consulting a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any wellness protocol, and we're happy to work alongside your existing care.
